We all go through difficult times and challenges that we certainly did not anticipate. We are aware of the responsibility we have and the decisions we have to make.

Thus, together with our sponsors and partners, we consider that the current situation does not give us the certainty of conducting our first two events – Volkswagen Bucharest HALF MARATHON and UNIQA Insurance Bucharest FAMILY & 10K – safely, at the dates announced initially (May 9-10, respectively May 30).

The new deployment dates will be as follows:

– UNIQA Insurance Bucharest FAMILY & 10K: August 22, respectively

– Volkswagen Bucharest HALF MARATHON: the weekend of September 5-6.

The running date of Raiffeisen Bank Bucharest MARATHON remains unchanged – the weekend October 10-11.

We are convinced that we will have a great time together and we will meet healthier and stronger.

In the case of the two deferred events, all registrations made so far remain valid, the runners being automatically transferred to the new dates (August 22, respectively September 5-6).

For the situation in which the new running data of the Bucharest RUNNING CLUB competitions are incompatible with the personal plans of some of the runners already registered, they have the following options:

– Transfer of the tax to the same race, at the 2021 edition of the same event (May 8-9, 2021, for Volkswagen Bucharest HALF MARATHON, respectively May 29, 2021, for UNIQA Asigurarii Bucharest FAMILY & 10K);

– transferring the fee to another runner, without any additional processing fee.
